Born May 15, 1929 in Dixon, Missouri and passed away on February 20, 2010, in Santa Rosa, CA after a long battle with lung cancer with family members by her side. She was known as a loving mother, sister, and friend to everyone who knew her. She taught many to sew, cook and garden. She gracefully offered support, advice, and opened her home to those in need. She touched many people in her life. She will never be forgotten and will always be missed. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond P. Barton. She is survived by daughters; Lorrie Hukkanen (husband Darrell), Patti Reedy (husband Roy), Annie Barton, and Carrie Barton; also by her very close and beloved grandchildren: Rachel Edler (Aaron), Erika Yeske, Nick Bombace and David Reedy. A private memorial will be held at a later date for family, friends and neighbors.
Published in Press Democrat from March 12 to March 13, 2010.3
     She lived at 4161 Barnes Road, Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California, in 1993.4
