Nathaniel Peabody was born on 26 Feb 1792 at Dracut, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1,2,3 He was the son of Nathaniel Peabody and Elizabeth Cole. He married Mary Gilcreast, daughter of John Gilcreast and Abigail Downing, on 21 Oct 1822 at Dracut, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.4 Nathaniel Peabody died on 24 Mar 1857 at Dracut, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at age 65.1,5 He was buried at Hildreth Cemetery, Lowell, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1
He inherited 1/2 of the eastern part of the Marsh Hill farm.
