Julia Ann Wilson was born on 17 Apr 1796 in Pennsylvania.2,3,4,5 She married Arthur Parke Wallace on 10 Oct 1822.6 Julia Ann Wilson died on 22 Nov 1881 at age 85.3,6 She was buried at Upper Octorara Cemetery, Parkesburg, Chester County, Pennsylvania.3

The 1870 census listed the value of Arthur Wallace's real property at $9,500 and his personal property at $3,000. Annie worked as a housekeeper. His son, William, and his family are listed as the next entry, living in the same house. William is a farmer and Arthur is retired. Thus it appears that William is running Arthur's farm.8 William R. Wallace and Margaret J. Ramsay lived in Highland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, in 1880.9
