Randolph Jefferson Scott married Frances Benners Tierce Robinson.4 Lieut. Col. Randolph Jefferson Scott died on 15 Mar 1945 at Valley Forge Military Academy, Valley Forge, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.5,6,7,2 The obituary states Lieutenant Colonel Randolph Jefferson Scott died on March 15 at the age of 40. He was survived by his widow, Frances Benners Tierce Robinson (of Philadelphia and New Rochelle, NY) and his mother, Mrs. Henri Scott of Baltimore.. (March 16, 1945 New York Times, page 15.)4 He was buried on 19 Mar 1945 at Washington Memorial Chapel Churchyard, Valley Forge, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.7,2
